Luohttoláhko, Sarek National Park, August 2009

I will be at the Wilderness fair in Älvsjö, Stockholm this weekend to display a few of my prints, both black and white and color. The image above from Sarek is one of them. I really love to show off prints as these are the finished work. It is much more rewarding to look at a print rather than an image on a computer screen. Feel free to stop by and have a talk!

Clouds over Virijaure, Padjelanta National Park, Lappland – August 2009

I recently got a request from the scandinavian nature photography magazine Camera Natura for a series of black and white images to run in the next issue. I knew I wanted to make something out of my images from the scandinavian mountains and spent some time browsing through images from last years treks.

Some images came to mind instantly, but a few were new findings. This month image is one of the new ones that didn’t make it all the way into the magazine. Nevertheless, I really like the mood of it.
